Kathryn is a cello teacher, violin teacher, viola teacher, upright bass teacher, and piano teacher, and offers lessons in Knoxville TN Kathryn received a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education and Cello Performance from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2009. She also received a Master’s of Music from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN for a Cello Performance degree in 2014. Kathryn has been playing an instrument for most of her life. After graduating, she taught for two years in the elementary public schools for strings, as well as middle and high school orchestra. During that time, Kathryn also performed as cellist with a symphony orchestra. Kathryn has been teaching since 2006, and offers both traditional and Suzuki methods for all styles.Personality rating: easygoing and outgoing
