Come join us for our 2nd annual Young Stars Music Competition in Danville, CA on April 14th at 3:30 PM! This is for kids ages 8-18 for all instruments and voice. No registration fee, $5 ticket price at door. Trophies and other awards for 1st 3 winners.

Peter Peter graduated from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ in 1997 with a Bachelor’s in Music Education in voice. He than graduated from Boston Conservatory in Boston, MA in 2004 with a Master’s in Opera Performance. Peter has been singing since he was 3 year’s old. He performed with the NY Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, Los Angeles Symphony, Boston Lyric Opera, New Jersey Opera and Metropolitan opera, among others. His credits include performing at Lincoln Center and Carnegie hall. Peter has been teaching since 1997, teaching voice, guitar, bass and piano, and his styles include classical and contemporary styles. He currently performs locally within the tri state area with a wedding band and a Gypsy Rock group.

Jason Jason attended the Eastern Kentucky College in Richmond, KY for a few years, with a music performance degree. He has been teaching since 2009, and his styles include country, rock, pop, R&B, bluegrass, among other contemporary styles. Jason is a former member of the legendary band Exile, which have had 13 #1 hits in the country & pop charts and he toured with them for 13 years. Jason also shared the stage with John Conlee, John Michael Montgomery, Michael English, & the Kentucky Headhunters. Jason also performed at the Charlie Daniels Celebrity Golf Tournament. Along with teaching and live performances, Jason has also performed several televised performances on Prime Time Country, and has appeared on The Tonight Show, Jay Leno & Conan, The View, Days of our Lives & Blue Collar Comedy.

Jason in Reno teaches all styles of guitar


Jason Jason graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in Reno, NV with a bachelor’s in Classical Guitar Performance. He’s currently a graduate student at UNR to receive his Master’s in Music. Jason is a member of UNR Guitar Ensemble, Jazz and Choral programs, and was recipient of the Berringer Music Scholarship. Jason has been teaching since 1995, including teaching the physically and mentally disabled. His styles he offers include classical, pop, jazz, country, R&B, blues and Latin. He’s performed classical and contemporary styles at various private venues and events, including fund raisers, throughout the Reno and Lake Tahoe areas.
