Since 1989, Melody Music Studios’ mission has been to place music students with excellent instructors, all over the nation. We take great pride in our instructors and their accomplishments, as well as those of our students.

Many of Melody Music Studios’ teachers are music school grads and have been teaching for years. Not only do our instructors give lessons, but they are performing, recording and touring professionals as well. It’s one thing to know how to play music – it is another to understand the subtle nuances of being a professional musician. Our instructors understand the vast landscape of music as well as the music industry.

Our founder, Kathi Kerr, has been a piano instructor for decades, has recorded and toured  and has made it her purpose to place those seeking lessons with appropriate  instructors. Kathi is also a published author, and continues to write music instruction books that are released several times as year.

We are so proud of our students. Each is a wealth of musical possibilities and we so enjoy watching them grow and develop into music minded individuals. Whether eight or eighty, learning to play an instrument or sing is a gratifying and wonderful experience and Melody Music Studios is happy to be a part of the musical journey
