For all of us there is a defining moment in our musical lives that told us,”This is it, this is what I want to do with my life .” For all of us the giving of our musical selves as performers, is reciprocated as an audience responds to our giving. Therefore the art of giving is the art of receiving as well. Daily life is an opportunity to give countless gifts. Gifts don’t always come wrapped in shiny paper with a big red bow.
